Full of Falafel (the worlds best didn’t you know?)

We are here! Arrived safely in the capital of Jordan, Amman. We are checked in to our hotel, no frills traditional Arabian style (but it has aircon, and that’s what matters).

The city is bustling tonight, it’s the run up to Eid so everyone’s out with family and shopping for goodies in the Souks. We’ve just been to a street cafe for dinner, no menu, you just get handed bowls of everything to try. Very popular with locals and tourists alike. It cost 4JD (£3.95) for a meal for two with tea and cola. The falafel and hummus were amazing!

Now tucked up in bed listening to the muezzin reading the prayers from the mosque and people playing music in the street.

Tomorrows plans have been made too :)
