Pork Noodle Stir Fry
Marinate pork strips in soy sauce, lime juice, 5 spice, garlic, ginger and chilli.
Chop up stirfry veggies of your choice.
Set some dried egg noodles to boil.
Heat up some spray oil in a wok, add the meat, when it’s cooked through add the veggies. Stir fry for a further few minutes then drain and add the noodles. Mix around the wok for a further few minutes.
Quick, cheap and healthy.
