Homemade Lamb Stew

It’s rather cold at the moment and definitely not salad weather. Time for the slow cooker to make an appearance.

Brown lamb neck chunks in a pan then transfer to a slow cooker. Add chopped onions, carrot, potato and swede and a sprinkle of pearl barley. Add a little S+P, thyme and mustard powder. Cover with stock. Cook on low for 7 hours.

Who said rabbit food couldn’t be stodgy.
