Mustardy Mash

A nice side to pork steaks or sausages.

Boil up some potatoes in a pan. When cooked drain well and add a tablespoon of musrard. We used sweet german mustard but wholegrain mustard is nice too. Add a little milk or butter and mash well. At the end you can stir in a little grated cheddar too.
